Who we are
China Travel Offline ("we", "us") operates the website at cnjoygo.com and the iOS app of the same name. Our website servers are physically located in Singapore. This policy describes what information we collect via the website, why, and how you can opt out.
What we collect
- Anonymous traffic analytics via our self-hosted Umami instance: page URL, referrer, viewport size, country (derived from IP, IP itself is not stored), and broad event names like "app_store_click" or "copy_chinese_text". We never set tracking cookies.
- Newsletter email (when you subscribe): only your email address and the date of subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Server logs: standard Nginx access logs (IP, user-agent, URL) retained for 14 days for abuse prevention.
What we don't collect
- We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any cross-site tracker.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
- We do not collect passport, payment, or precise location information.
Cookies
